as a company owned by Management Information Principles.

When Tim was reunited with John Smith, a colleague of ten years' standing from their days at International Factors,
the plan to give riskFactor free reign was launched.
The two men engineered a management buy-out in December 2001.

Jason Robson joined the company in 2002 and has worked in the IT industry developing web-based applications for over
ten years.
He leads the technical team that realise Tim and John's vision.
